children and young people.
We are currently seeking an experienced, confident, and dynamic Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven management and supervisory experience working with
children in care/looked-after children
. A NVQ Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Health & Social Care is required, and knowledge or experience within the Ofsted framework would be advantageous.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping
children and young people
and loves the work they do. The post holder must possess strong leadership skills to support and guide the team, as well as carry out staff supervision. Knowledge of creating staffing rotas is desirable. Good IT and literacy skills are essential, including the ability to write and proof-read reports. The ability to be organized, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure is crucial.

Key Accountabilities:
Manage and support an allocated caseload of
children and young people
ensuring the provision and coordination of practical, personal, emotional, social, and financial advice to enable a successful transition to independence.
Assess the needs of
children and young people
, contribute to the assessment and preparation of the Pathway Plan, and oversee service delivery in line with Ofsted National Minimum standards and Children's Homes Regulations.
Prepare services for inspections, ensure compliance with organizational KPIs, and actively involve
children and young people
in the development and delivery of their Pathway Plans.
