InMinds Community Support Services are looking for a compassionate and experienced
Team Leader
to join our community service team!
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support, ensuring the well-being and development of our service users.
What you'll be Doing
Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for service users.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for service users and staff.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
What You'll Need
At least 2 + years' experience as a Team Leader within the Care Sector
Must be able to drive
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of best practices in care for individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs,
Minimum of NVQ2 in Health and Social Care

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
