WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TEAM LEADER TO JOIN OUR BUSY PUB,YOU WILL NEED KNOWLEDGE OF ALL FRONT OF HOUSE DUTIES TO INCLUDE

CASHING UP, LINE CLEANING, CELLAR WORK, REAL ALES, STOCK AND ORDERING, TEAM BUILDING, PLANNING EVENTS, SOCIAL MEDIA, GOOD TEAM PLAYER,

WE ARE A GREAT TEAM AND NEED SOME NEW ENERGY AND SOMEONE WITH MOTIVATION AND INNOVATION TO TAKE THE TEAM FORWARD.

THE CANDIDATE NEEDS TO BE SELF DRIVEN WITH SOME NEW IDEAS TO BRING TO THE TABLE.

THIS IS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO KEEP PUSHING THE BUSINESS FORWARD AND TO BE PART OF THIS JOURNEY

THIS ROLE COULD LEAD TO A LIVE IN POSITION IF APPLICANT PASSES TRIAL PERIOD

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting*
Strong team management and leadership skills*
Extensive culinary and food safety knowledge*
Experience in food preparation and cooking*
Familiarity with bartending and beverage service*
Previous experience in hotel or baristaroles is a plus
