To serve as an inspirational leader and ambassador of the hospice in all interactions both within the organisation and with external stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based holistic palliative care to patients and their families, ensuring all care is provided with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and effectively by supporting a well-trained and competent workforce, with appropriate monitoring of outcomes and quality standards.
Actively contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of clinical services across the organisation.
Partake in the out of hours on-call rota.
Work across the clinical services, including Hospice at Home when required, to ensure service delivery.
