A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Lead the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve defined outcomes for the site and the customer(s). Implement Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program on a daily basis to confirm behaviors and processes are followed as specified Report and investigate incidents within the work place and respond to or escalate issues of non compliance to safety regulations and procedure Communicate all relevant DPDHL policies to direct line employees and monitor their implementation on a regular basis Support management with resource planning and management e.g. implement agreed processes to review performance, monitor absense and sickness and address issues within clear guidelines

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Previous Team Leader Experience IT Literate, with Microsoft office packages Strong knowledge of warehousing guidelines
