Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our store daily operations and ensure the highest standards of food preparation and service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards. This role is essential in fostering a positive team environment while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities



Supervise and manage team , ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards. Train and mentor team members in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service skills. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with management to develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and kitchen equipment, placing orders as necessary. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices. Assist in serving meals during peak hours, providing excellent hospitality to guests.

Requirements



Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and motivation. Previous experience in kitchen operations or food production is highly desirable. Familiarity with barista skills or hotel experience is an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service through effective team leadership.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Graduate

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
