Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to achieve academic and operational targets. Guide, motivate, and monitor staff performance. Ensure smooth communication between management, staff, and students. Maintain discipline and adherence to institutional policies. Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members. Handle student queries and ensure high satisfaction levels. Achieve monthly and quarterly goals, contributing to overall growth.

Requirements

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in leadership/academic or training-related roles.

Age:

25 - 35 years.

Languages:

Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
