Team Leader - (15 Hours per week)
(Can be combined with Support Worker hrs)

Salary: 26,584.20 - 30,719.88 (Pro Rata)
54.00 per Sleep In

Are you a professional individual who is able to stay focused under pressure?
Have you had experience of effectively managing conflict while demonstrating excellent communication skills?
Do you have knowledge and experience in developing and implementing thorough & in-depth risk assessments & support plans?
Do you have a minimum level 2 NVQ in Care?
