We're growing fast and looking for a motivated Team Leader who can manage and support our team, as well as get their hands dirty and clean windows alongside them.
Role Overview:
We're seeking a motivated and proactive Team Leader to manage our window cleaning team. This role doesn't require experience in window cleaning as we can teach you this, but you will need to bring proven leadership and management skills. As Team Leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring your team works efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You'll play a key role in motivating your team, solving problems on the go, and ensuring that our clients receive the exceptional service we're known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of window cleaners to deliver high-quality service to residential and commercial clients.
Assign daily tasks, manage team schedules, and monitor the completion of jobs to ensure deadlines are met and work is performed to company standards.
Provide guidance and training to new and existing team members, ensuring they understand safety protocols, customer service expectations, and operational procedures.
Maintain high safety standards by ensuring team members are trained in the proper use of equipment, tools, and safety gear.
Manage any team-related issues and provide constructive feedback, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, and supplies are adequately stocked.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on job sites, ensuring clear communication and addressing any client concerns or special requests.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for team members' professional growth and development.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality of work, and customer satisfaction, providing regular reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role (experience in a service-based or field-based industry is a plus).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate, train, and support a diverse team of individuals.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle client-facing situations with professionalism and courtesy.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations (previous experience in a safety-conscious role is advantageous).
Proactive, solution-oriented approach to managing challenges and improving team performance.
Ability to work outdoors and manage a team in various weather conditions.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation as our office is not accessible by foot.
