As a Cleaning Team Leader with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

The key responsibility of this role is to supervise and monitor the operation of a single location in London in accordance with the contract specifications and company policies.

You will be responsible for effectively leading a team of cleaning staff, ensuring services are delivered within the client's requirements, and continuously monitoring and improving quality and hygiene standards.

The Role

Plan, organise and co-ordinate the service activities to meet the planned financial and operational performance targets of the contract.

Have a passion for customer service and strong leadership skills to create a vision that inspires.

Set high standards for yourself and strive to achieve them.

Ensure that staff are properly trained and monitored in all aspects of the job, including the use of systems, materials and new technology.

Delegate staff efficiently and effectively to maximise their skills in site cleaning to agreed standards.

Ensure all cleaning products and materials are properly stored, used, maintained and controlled in accordance with ISS procedures.

Accountability for the day to day successful delivery of the service.

Induction of all new and transferred staff in accordance with the Client and Company procedures.

Motivate staff and manage staff through encouragement, regular appraising and supplying feedback.

Maintain and manage accurate records of sickness and holiday.
