Contract:

Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, mostly days)

We are looking for an experienced

Team Leader

to join our supported living services in Woking. You will lead a dedicated team supporting service users with

learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and challenging behaviours

.

Key Requirements:



Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification Valid

driver's licence

Previous experience in a leadership role within care settings Flexible, positive, and caring approach Ability to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays when needed

Purpose of the Role:


As a Team Leader, you will provide

high-quality, person-centred support

to service users, helping them live as independently as possible while participating in community-based activities. You will also

lead, guide, and support your team

to ensure consistent, safe, and compassionate care.

Main Duties:



Lead and supervise a team of support workers, ensuring high standards of care Assist service users with personal care, daily living tasks, and skill development Support service users in attending appointments, social activities, and community participation Ensure accurate record-keeping, including support notes, care plans, and financial records Promote dignity, respect, and empowerment for all service users Respond appropriately to incidents and safeguarding concerns Participate in staff training, supervision, and appraisals Support continuous improvement and compliance with company policies and CQC standards

Training & Experience:



Previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health, or autism Knowledge or training in Health & Safety, Infection Control, Medication Administration, First Aid, Food Hygiene, Fire Safety, Moving & Handling, and Safeguarding Adults Leadership experience is essential
