Fundraiser / Fundraising Team Leader

We're on the lookout for passionate, confident people to join our

Face-to-Face (F2F) Fundraising Team

. Whether you're an experienced fundraiser ready to step up into leadership, or someone keen to build a career making a real difference, this could be the role for you.

You'll be representing well-known charity partners, engaging directly with the public, and inspiring ongoing support through regular donations.

The Role

As a Fundraiser

, you will:

Engage with 80+ potential donors daily in a face-to-face environment Promote and represent our charity partners with confidence and enthusiasm Inspire people to commit to ongoing donations Deliver excellent customer service and create positive donor experiences Track your own KPIs to ensure charity targets are met

As a Fundraising Team Leader

, you will also:

Lead from the front while managing a small team of fundraisers Set individual targets and manage daily performance Organise and manage fundraising territories Report results to management at the end of each shift Support, motivate, and develop your team

Team Leader applicants must have a minimum of 6 months F2F fundraising experience with a proven track record.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet targets Build and maintain strong donor relationships Use Ever Giving software to track donations and manage donor data Collaborate with your team on campaigns and events Ensure all results and activity are accurately reported

Skills & Experience

(Preferred, Not Essential)

Experience in fundraising, sales, or a public-facing role Familiarity with fundraising software (e.g. Raiser's Edge) Confident, positive, and comfortable speaking with the public Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with a solid work ethic and target-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.60-13.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
