Immediate Start Available -

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated fundraiser to join our F2F fundraising team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping our Charity partners by fundraising in a direct face to face manner.

You will be responsible for raising funds via face to face managing the territories and setting individual targets.

You will lead from the front advertising our Charity partners to 80+ potential donors daily. You will be Inspiring individuals to support the cause you will represent with ongoing donations.

To join as a fundraiser you will have a minimum of 6 months experience in customer facing roles

Responsibilities

Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet organisational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors. Utilise Ever giving software for tracking donations, managing donor information, and generating reports. Collaborate with team members to organise fundraising events and campaigns. Track your individual KPI's to ensure they align with the charities targets. Provide excellent customer service to donors, ensuring their experience is positive and engaging. Manage your territory effectively and report all results to the manager at the end of each working shift.

Skills (Preferred not essential)

Experience in fundraising or a related field. Proficiency in fundraising software, particularly Raiser's Edge. Positive attitude towards the public. Excellent public relations skills, capable of representing the organisation positively in various settings. Effective marketing skills to attract potential donors. Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring donor satisfaction at all times. Strong work ethic with the ability to reach targets.
