NCS Retail are currently recruiting Team Leaders and Merchandisers to join our nationwide teams, working on a variety of exciting retail projects across the UK. If you enjoy travelling, working in different locations, and being part of a dynamic team, this could be the opportunity for you!

About the Role:

You'll be working as part of a team to deliver high-quality retail merchandising and store refits across multiple locations. Each project brings something different -- from reworking store layouts to implementing new product ranges and displays.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchandise stock to planograms and specifications within agreed timeframes Rebuild and reconfigure store fixtures and layouts according to briefs and floor plans Maintain excellent attention to detail and ensure store standards are consistently high

Team Leaders will also:

Organise and allocate workloads to team members Support, motivate, and lead by example Liaise with project managers and store contacts to ensure smooth project delivery

About You:

Relevant merchandising experience is essential Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team Comfortable working long shifts (typically 10-12 hours) with a mix of day and night work Own transport preferred (though not essential for all roles) Willing to travel and stay away from home for short or extended periods
