and play a key role in achieving sales targets while ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers--both in-store and online.



Key Responsibilities





? Support the achievement of weekly sales targets set by the Commercial Manager - Online Retail.



? Lead all social media activity to promote our online retail platforms--create content, schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor performance.



? Manage day-to-day online selling activities: listing, packing, stock control, and volunteer supervision.



? Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally to online enquiries.



? Assess donated items for resale suitability and maintain stock levels through regular audits.



? Train, support, and coordinate volunteers to ensure smooth daily operations and adequate cover.



? Act as a Key Holder, ensuring the security of stock and premises.



? Maintain a clean, safe, and organized office and warehouse environment.



What you'll need:




Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in online retail or e-commerce (eBay, Shopify, etc.). Confidence using social media for business promotion. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive, positive attitude aligned with Willen Hospice values.

We have a thriving Therapeutic & Wellbeing service providing counselling, physiotherapy, activity groups and more, and a specialist Lymphoedema service.
