We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Team Supervisor

to oversee daily operations within our busy hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food and service, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The position is fully paid and requires a proactive approach to supervising staff, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members in food preparation, cooking, serving, and cleaning processes. Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to across the kitchen and service areas. Assist in organising daily operations, including stock management, scheduling shifts, and maintaining quality standards. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive working environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement. Monitor service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved consistently. Conduct training sessions for new staff members on food safety procedures, culinary techniques, and customer service standards. Handle customer queries or complaints professionally, aiming for swift resolution and positive outcomes. Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and guest experience.

Qualifications



Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Experience in team management with excellent leadership qualities. Familiarity with restaurant workflows, serving procedures, and hospitality standards. Previous experience in culinary roles such as chef assistant or barista is advantageous. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Strong communication skills with an approachable manner suitable for team leadership and guest interaction. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences through effective supervision and team management within a vibrant hospitality environment.

Pay: From 12.68 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
