Job Description

Playback, Inverness's groundbreaking four-floor venue, is in search of meticulous and skilled Venue Supervisors to join our dynamic team. As a Supervisor at Playback, you will play a crucial role in strictly adhering to our brand standards from the ground level. Responsible for opening and closing the venue, overseeing duty manager shifts, and supporting the management team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless execution of our innovative hospitality experience

Responsibilities:

Opening and Closing Procedures:

Execute daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards. Guarantee that all areas are prepared for operation and secured at the end of each day.

Duty Manager Shifts:

Assume duty manager responsibilities during shifts with a sharp focus on upholding brand excellence. Manage day-to-day operations, act as a point of contact for staff and patrons, and ensure a positive and safe environment aligned with our brand identity.

Team Leadership

: Lead by example, setting the highest standard of excellence in service delivery. Motivate and guide staff to strictly adhere to brand standards, emphasising a positive and collaborative work culture that reflects Playback's unique identity.

Assist Management Team:

Collaborate with the management team to execute various responsibilities, ensuring strict compliance with brand standards. This includes overseeing events, managing reservations, and contributing to the overall success of Playback in alignment with our brand ethos.

Operational Support:

Provide hands-on support in various operational tasks while maintaining a commitment to brand standards. Assist in inventory management, implement health and safety protocols, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the venue in line with our brand identity.

Customer Satisfaction

: Prioritize customer satisfaction by actively engaging with patrons, addressing feedback, and ensuring that the team strictly adheres to brand standards in delivering an outstanding experience.

Adaptability:

Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances while strictly adhering to brand standards and contributing to the venue's overall success.

Requirements:



Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on brand adherence. Meticulous organizational and multitasking abilities to handle opening and closing procedures and duty manager shifts while strictly adhering to brand standards. Leadership skills to motivate and guide a diverse team, emphasizing strict compliance with brand standards. Ability to collaborate with the management team and take on additional responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both staff and patrons while upholding brand excellence. Eagerness to lead by example, setting a consistently high standard of brand excellence in your role.
Job Type: Full-time
