Housekeeping Club is a well-established local cleaning company dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services across Cumbria and North Lancashire.

We are currently seeking a part-time permanent Supervisor to work in a local school.

16.25 hours per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 3:15pm - 6:30pm (term time only)

13.5 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitisation at a local School. Ensuring the wellbeing, training, performance and compliance of the Cleaning Team. Monitoring, replenishing and ordering of cleaning supplies and consumables as needed. Maintaining cleaning equipment and its appropriate use by the Team. Following safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe environment for the Team at all times. Collaborating with team members and management to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations. Be the first point of contact for the School, working very closely with the Management of the school and Management of Housekeeping Club.

Able to achieve high standards of cleanliness with impeccable attention to detail. Able to complete tasks within allotted timescale and motivate the team to do so as well. Willing and able to complete an Enhanced DBS check with children barred list

Requirements:

Prior experience of working in an organised and methodical way Prior experience of working as a cleaner and desire to progress further or experience working as a team leader in the cleaning/ hospitality industry. Prior experience of working with cleaning products and appropriate handling procedures Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently and with your team to achieve company goals. Approachable and empathetic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
