Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to uphold company standards and provide exceptional service. Assist in scheduling shifts and managing labour costs to optimise staffing levels. Oversee sandwich preparation and ensure consistency in product quality and presentation. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle on site customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions with the help of your Manager. Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve sales targets and financial objectives. Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Previous experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is advantageous. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
