As a Team Supervisor at Subway, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Located in Great Britain, this position involves overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences. Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Assist in food preparation and production as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Experience in food preparation or culinary arts is preferred.
