We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Team Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail or hospitality environment. As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service.
Duties
Supervise staff, ensuring effective teamwork and communication. Oversee food preparation and processes to maintain high-quality standards. Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth. Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management. Familiarity with barista skills is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
