Sunday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:30 (40hrs)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Team Manage

r

in our Sort Operation, you will:

Play a key role in ensuring the smooth, timely, and safe processing of parcels through the Sort Centre Coordinate and control daily parcel operations to ensure efficient distribution in line with Yodel's operational procedures Maintain the highest standards of site performance, safety, and productivity Provide leadership and support to Team Leaders and Sort staff Allocate resources and assign tasks effectively across the team Monitor team performance, address any issues, and ensure targets are met Resolve staffing or operational problems to keep the sortation process running smoothly Work collaboratively with fellow Team Managers and Sort Managers to ensure seamless handovers and shift continuity Contribute to operational consistency and excellence across the Wednesbury Hub

We're looking for someone who brings:

Proven team leadership experience in a fast-paced Distribution, Parcel, or Logistics environment. Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices. Confidence in basic administration tasks and operational reporting. Clear and effective communication skills--both verbal and written. The right to work in the UK (with supporting documentation). A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to work under pressure.
