The service covers the operational schedule, 365 days per year and employs a diverse workforce to deliver this detailed & dynamic service.
About the Role:
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
Proactively plan and use foresight to proactively supervise the operation. Managing Heavy volume flights.
Promote and ensure a high level of Customer Service is provided from our the PRM Team in their dealings with the passengers and conduct Audits, manage escalations and training as required.
Promote Operational Delivery is delivered in line with SLA's and CAA performance standards.
To ensure Agents are conducting all assistance movements for PRMs Safely and always place the welfare of the Passenger as the Priority.
Responsible for learning to use the PRM bookings management system effectively and promote best practice to the team
Create and maintain a database of the service operations including the maintenance service of the fleet and provide progress reports on the operations.

What we are looking for:
Excellent Customer Service Experience
Supervisor experience of a team in a Public Setting Venue
Proven experience of working in a Public Facing Environment and or Events environments (eg Train Station, Museum, Airport, Concerts)
Track record of strong communication skills
Basic IT Skills
Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance to ensure team effectiveness and availability
Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team
Able to deal calmly and confidently with all demands from the public
An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity
Able to remain calm in challenging operational situations
A resilient and robust approach with confidence to take ownership for a diverse team
