The Managed Services Team at Travel Chapter have a mission to make sure our frontline services run as smoothly as possible. The team ensures we offer the best experience to our homeowners and guests - always with the view of going above and beyond their expectations.

What you'll be doing:




As the Managed Services Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing the office and the team.


During the day you could be:

Managing and improving your team's performance through regular training, reviews, and annual appraisals Planning the team's working pattern, and managing holidays whilst being mindful of logistical challenges and peak periods Managing escalated complaints or feedback to reach a satisfactory outcome Developing and maintaining a network of reliable and loyal housekeeping and property maintenance suppliers Supporting the recruitment and retention of new and existing properties Providing regular reports on agreed Key Performance Indicators

You'll have





Experience in having challenging conversations and achieving a positive resolution A track record of delivering excellent customer service The ability to spot and implement better ways of doing things Excellent attention to detail The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads for you and your team The ability to communicate with a wide range of different people Experience within the property management or holiday letting industry Previous experience in successfully leading, managing, and motivating teams would be desirable

On Call:




We provide on-call phone cover 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, which you will need to assist the team with on a rota basis.
