We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager for the Edge of Care service in Coventry for a 24 month fixed term post. The post holder will lead a dedicated team supporting children and families on the brink of entering the care of the local authority. The role is pivotal in helping families and preventing family breakdown and ensuring good outcomes for children and their families.
As the Team Manager for the Edge of Care service you will lead on high quality, evidence-based interventions using the Coventry Family Valued approach. You will drive innovation within the service and work in close partnership with key services.

What is the job role?
The postholder will be an experienced Team Manager with an understanding of the complexities faced by children and families on the edge of care. The postholder will have a good understanding of trauma-based approaches and strengths based practice.
