Job descriptionWe are looking for a Social Worker to join as a Team Manager for the Front Door Team.This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 year post qualified experience.About the team:As a Team Manager you will manage a multi-agency team that consists of social workers and first response advisors alongside partners including police, education, health and a domestic abuse advisor. The team is responsible for offering initial advice and screening requests for help and support that are made into the service, across all levels of need.About you:A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 year post qualifying needed to be considered for this role.Previous work experience as a Team Manager is essential to succeed in this role.It is essential to have a UK Driver's License.What's on offer?
