Let\'s take it on!

As a Transport Team Manager at Next, you will work closely with the Transport Manager in the fast-paced and time critical transport operation to ensure the traffic operation runs smoothly, accurately and cost effectively on your shift. You will be used to working with different characters and understand what motivates individuals to be the best that they can be. By creating a fun, fair and rewarding culture, as a Team manager in the transport team you will train, coach and mentor your team to drive them to perform to the highest standards.
