to join our friendly team. We're looking for someone energetic and enthusiastic -- dependable and self-motivated, with a genuine love for great food, fine champagne, and creating memorable experiences. At Champagne+Fromage, we also welcome creative ideas and individuality!

Responsibilities



Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests, ensuring an exceptional Champagne+Fromage experience. Share product knowledge and passion for Grower Champagnes and artisanal French cheeses with customers. Assist guests in making food and drink selections, offering pairing suggestions with confidence. Prepare and serve a variety of French-style dishes, platters, and drinks to a high standard. Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the dining area, bar, and service stations. Support retail sales by helping customers select cheeses, charcuterie, and champagnes to take home. Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and card payments. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive working environment. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times. Contribute creative ideas and feedback to enhance the menu, service, and overall guest experience.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Good communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour towards customers. A passion for food preparation and serving, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21 per hour
