We're looking for a

positive and passionate Head Cook

to join our Crystal Palace team and help create unforgettable experiences. Your Role:

Prepare food and drinks to spec, supporting daily prep, service, and plating as needed Wash dishes and perform general cleaning to maintain a tidy, hygienic kitchen Set up, maintain, and close down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety procedures in line with regulations Check food freshness, manage waste, and discard expired items appropriately Monitor stock levels and support ordering to meet food margin targets Contribute to smooth, efficient kitchen operations and collaborate with the team under pressure
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a similar role Available to work primarily evenings and weekends Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and genuinely passionate about food & drink Organised and attentive to detail Able to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong cooperation and teamworking abilities Awareness of hygiene, and health and safety regulations Problem-solving ability to resolve issues as they arise
