We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food, excellent organisational skills, and a friendly demeanour. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid, including internships, and offer valuable industry experience.

Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining high levels of quality and presentation Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with food safety practices, including proper handling and storage of ingredients Manage multiple tables or stations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including the kitchen and dining spaces Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow Handle cash transactions accurately and process orders using the point-of-sale system

Skills

Experience in food preparation or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene Ability to perform basic maths for handling transactions and order management Previous kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy hours Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional manner Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance customer experience and sales performance
