To manage and dispatch product in accordance with customer requirements. To schedule and dispatch PCB jobs based on production priorities. Monitor production schedules and update dispatch records to reflect progress and completion.

Summary

As a Team Member at Active PCB Solutions Limited, you will play a vital role in the efficient and timely dispatch of our products. This position is essential for ensuring that our products meet the correct packing quality standards and are delivered on time. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to support our operations. Please note we do not offer sponsorship or assistance with visas.

Responsibilities

Track and log all PCB movements using ERP or MRP systems. Communicate with engineers, technicians, and Team Leader regarding job priorities and special handling requirements. Ensure all documentation (work orders, inspection reports, labeling) is complete and accurate before dispatch. Address delays or issues affecting PCB dispatch and escalate when necessary. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and ESD (electrostatic discharge) handling procedures. Maintain a clean, organised dispatch area to ensure efficient operations. Accurately fulfil customer dispatch requirements Pick and pack product according to customer dispatch requirements Quality check packed product to ensure it meets customer requirements Manage customer stock on-site Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment. Assist other teams as required May require standing, walking, and lifting materials up to 30 lbs. Use of ESD protection equipment is required.

Requirements

Experience of working in a dispatch role desirable An interest in electronics, component recognition would be an advantage Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or willingness to learn Strong time management skills to meet production deadlines. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail to ensure product quality.
