Part-Time Team Member Christmas Temp (Approx. 16-20 hours per week)

Discobowl Newport is gearing up for the festive rush, and we're looking for extra team members to help deliver a brilliant Christmas experience for our guests. If you enjoy fast-paced hospitality, good energy and a lively atmosphere, you'll fit right in.

About the Role:

As a Team Member, you'll play a key part in helping our guests have a brilliant time. You'll be cross-trained across different areas of the venue, so your shifts could include:

Greeting customers and delivering excellent service at reception or on the lanes Serving food and drinks from the bar or diner Closing down the venue Helping to keep the venue clean, safe, and welcoming

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, confident, and great with people of all ages Strong communication and customer service skills A team player with a flexible approach (evenings and weekends are essential) Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy, high-energy environment Previous hospitality or customer service experience is useful but not essential -- full training is provided 18+ due to licencing requirements
