As a Team Member in our team, you will be responsible for stock, ready to be delivered to our stores. It is your responsibility to ensure that stock is properly packed and prepared for Delivery Drivers to collect and load onto vans for delivery to stores. You are expected to support across the wider Web Fulfilment and teams (such as Returns, Quality Control, Web Fulfilment, Goods In and Stock Control), when requested, and in line with business needs. STORE o Attend morning briefing with Assistant Team Leader/ Team Leader, to understand the required tasks for the day o Use an Android/Windows scanner to accurately pick stock, ensuring that the right products and quantity have been selected Wrap and package fragile items carefully to ensure they are fit for transit and will arrive at the store safely o Ensure all breakages are reported and disposed in the correct and appropriate way o Ensure there are no obstructions in the aisle - remove any overhanging cardboard flaps and put boxes back in their locations REPLENISHMENTS o If you are trained and authorised to operate a forklift truck, you may be required to carry out replenishments on an ad-hoc basis, moving stock from a different location, ensuring it is accessible and ready for o Ensure we have adequate stock available to fulfil the store and Web Fulfilment picks o When operating a forklift, ensure you are doing so, in line with the training provided and the Company Forklift Truck policy HOUSEKEEPING o Remove empty boxes from pick locations, ensuring they are broken down and put into cages/bins o Store empty skates, pallets and crates in the correct location o When not in use, place pump trucks and courier trollies away safely DELIVERY BAYS o Wrap all courier store pallets, ensuring that all stock is correctly checked o Check that additional stock or internal post is collected from the store pigeonholes, IBT crates
