Kiosk Team Members

to help bring the best sushi experience to our customers.

Weekend availability is required for this role.

Must be aged 18 or over due to the requirement to work alone.

We're all about fresh, flavoursome, authentic Japanese food.

Sushi is what we're famous for, but we also have a mouth-watering range of hot street food available - from traditional classics to innovative fusion dishes. All packed with rich, aromatic flavours and umami. We have over 70 restaurants worldwide, more than 300 kiosks in the UK, plus grocery products and pre-packed sushi in most major UK supermarkets.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting in the daily running of our kiosk, preparing food, and serving customers with a smile. Being highly attentive to detail and capable of delivering consistent standards in a fast-paced environment. Ensuring daily records of deliveries, wastage, and temperature checks are completed and recorded accurately. Supporting us to build customer loyalty by maintaining the highest possible quality in both food and service. Interacting confidently with our customers - having fantastic menu knowledge and driving sales, ensuring they always leave happy.

We Provide Full Training In:

? Sushi preparation techniques - Learn the art of making fresh sushi and ready-to-eat meals.
? Food safety & hygiene standards - Ensure every dish is prepared to the highest quality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.28 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Work Location: In person
