Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Implement time management strategies to optimise workflow during peak hours. Encourage upselling techniques among staff to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with management to develop menus and special promotions that align with customer preferences. Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Basic math skills for managing inventory and processing transactions. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure. Proven experience in serving customers with a focus on delivering outstanding service. Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team while fostering a collaborative environment.
