Nuneaton (2 days/week on-site)

Hours:

Part-time, 30 hours per week

Travel:

Occasional travel to our London Hub or other H&B locations required

Team PA

to support our

Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT)

- someone who brings energy, precision, and a passion for keeping things running smoothly.



This is not just a PA role - it's an opportunity to contribute to our finance transformation and business change initiatives while gaining valuable exposure to senior leaders and strategic decision-making.


What You'll Be Doing




Diary & Meeting Management:

Own the day-to-day coordination of HRLT diaries, meetings, and priorities - with smart scheduling and proactive decision-making.

Meeting Support:

Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and materials, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action points.

Event Coordination:

Plan and deliver team events and engagement activities, from offsites to away days - managing logistics end to end.

Travel & Expenses:

Handle UK and international travel arrangements, and reconcile credit card statements and mileage logs.

Communications:

Support internal communication channels and ensure effective information flow within the team.

What You'll Bring




Proven experience supporting multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced PA or EA role. Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Teams, Outlook, and document sharing tools. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal. High levels of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Experience in planning and delivering internal events (desirable but not essential). A collaborative mindset and the flexibility to occasionally travel to other locations.
