Advert Close date: Friday 16th May 2025Team PA - Portfolio Operations at The Crown EstatePurpose of Role: The Team PA will provide exceptional support to senior stakeholders within the Portfolio Operations and Property Management team. Acting as an ambassador and first point of contact, the Team PA will ensure smooth operations and contribute to the delivery of The Crown Estate's enterprise priorities.Context of Opportunity / Main Accountabilities:As a Team PA, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Portfolio Operations and their team. Your responsibilities will include managing complex diaries, booking travel arrangements, drafting agendas, and organizing events. You will be proactive in anticipating the needs of the team and resolving conflicts, ensuring stakeholders are well-prepared for meetings.Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-standard PA support to the Head of Portfolio Operations and their team.
  • Managing complex diaries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring stakeholders are prepared for meetings.
  • Booking and managing national and international travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Drafting agendas, arranging pre-meets, and sourcing briefing documents.
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring timely distribution and follow-up.
  • Organizing internal and external events, including venue finding and logistics management.
  • Reviewing and improving processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Providing professional first point of contact for client/customer interactions.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to encourage cross-enterprise knowledge sharing.
  • Supporting EA/TC/PA in times of absence.
