Taxpro are a forward thinking and dynamic business based in the heart of Birmingham providing a Tax Rebate service to our valued customers!

Due to significant company growth we our now looking for a Sales Team Manager to oversee the day to day management of our team of 12 Business Development Managers.

This role is not for the faint hearted, we are seeking a real go getter and someone who is able to have multiple plates spinning at once. While ensuring the team are processing rebates for clients in line with HMRC compliance standards, you will also need to be focused on your team delivering on monthly targets, holding daily sales meetings, dealing with the day to day management of your team and ensuring success is achieved in every area of the business while also ensuring your own leads are generated and achieved in your free time.

The business has flown since its inception, revenue generated from this has been pumped back in to our business investing in cutting edge technology linked directly with HMRC that allows us to process rebates quicker, easier and ensures compliance and results.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO HOME WORKING WITH THIS POST - we want to ensure our Sales Manager is on site and leading from the front and by example.

In return Taxpro offer a fantastic base rate of 45,500.00 per year, Commission of up to 10% on all of your own sales generated, and a bonus percentage based on the performance of your team as a whole, the sky really is the limit here!
