Job Description

We are looking for a professional, motivated and caring Team Secretary to work 4 days a week (0.8 WTE) within our South Admin Team. The post holder will provide an efficient, effective and confidential secretarial and senior administrative support service to the Community Mental Health Teams based at Swallownest Court.



If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification [relevant to your role].



As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive.



An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.



Whether you already work for us or are joining the Trust and NHS for the first time, apprenticeships can help you to develop the skills, knowledge and know-how in order to embark on a successful and fulfilling career within the health service.



The post holder will be the initial liaison contact for staff and deal with referrals, correspondence and the effective dissemination of information. Participate in ensuring efficient day to day management of the administration office, including booking meetings, events and meeting rooms. Administration and note taking of multi-disciplinary meetings, ensuring actions are communicated. Link in with the Administration Manager and Development Support Team on monitoring data quality issues and data cleansing. Supervision of Band 2 Receptionist / Call Handlers where appropriate.
