Team Shift Leader
Job Description
Your duties will include customer service, stock ordering, stocking shelves, cash handling, till and other retail system operations, assisting with stock deliveries and cleaning duties.
You must have the ability to demonstrate good communication skills. Knowledge of good customer service and experience of team working is essential. Previous retail experience in a fast paced environment is preferable.
We require someone who is reliable, has a good time-keeping record and is capable of working hard to meet store standards.
Must be able to exercise responsibility for the shift/team. Including guidance, delegation to motivate colleagues.
Only applicants who are fully flexible will be considered which includes weekend and evening work (The store closes at 9.00 p.m.) Contractual hours (part time or full time is available) and salary is negotiable depending on experience. Please detail on your application.

Pay: 12.75-13.50 per hour
