Job Description

Full time position , must be available weekends

As a team supervisor

Alongside the Assistant Manager and / or store manager -leading the store team to follow store policies, standards and practices.

Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders (includes Keyholder responsibility)

Be a positive role model to the team , train, manage and support your team.

Support the store manager to maximise store performance which included understanding and implementing the store plan and priorities. Alongside the store team, actively promote and get involved in initiatives to support the local community.

You will be required to cover the Post Office as part of this role(full training will be given )

A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members.

Target driven to help the tore achieve their business plans /priorities and be focused on continuous improvement.

Be able to inspire everyone to do their best for each other and the customer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:

First-Line Managers: 1 year (preferred)
