The Growth Company's (GC) Manufacturing Institute (TMI)

team are looking for a Team Support Co-ordinator. This role is central to the smooth operation of our levy transfer service partners. Helping businesses redirect unused apprenticeship levy funds to support smaller organisations and unlock life-changing opportunities for learners.



You'll be the key link between donors, recipients, and partners by ensuring a seamless, compliant, and supportive experience for all involved.


This is a fixed-term contract until 1 January 2027.




Key responsibilities:




Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a key representative for Levy donors and ensuring consistent, engaging messaging. Manage enquiries across multiple channels, conduct eligibility checks, and ensure effective resolution by coordinating with colleagues and partners. Clearly articulate processes to promote transparency and alignment across stakeholder groups. Use CRM and data systems to refer clients, record service interactions, and maintain accurate databases and information portals. Analyse and report on service performance data, producing management information to support decision-making and meet contractual requirements. Support service and event promotion, gather customer feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of systems and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, attend exhibitions and meetings as needed, and adapt to changing business priorities. Engage in ongoing professional development, uphold health and safety standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and funding regulations.

About you:




Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-focused mindset. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively. Skilled in CRM systems, data reporting, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Experienced in client communication via phone, email, and platforms like Microsoft Teams. Capable of tracking performance metrics and producing management reports. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other core IT applications. Confident using databases, management information systems, and CRM tools Awareness of apprenticeship funding (desirable but not essential).

Skills required:




Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills with a meticulous attention to detail. High-level written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders. Skilled at managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments, demonstrating sound professional judgment. Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion. Knowledgeable in data protection, compliance, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Experienced in integrating CRM systems and data to produce performance management insights.
