We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Team Technician to join our dynamic Food & Beverages team at Britvic. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products that delight our customers.

Role Responsibilities

Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Participate in changeovers, line clearances, and equipment setups. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities. Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Experience and Key Attributes

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to learn new skills. Commitment to upholding Britvic's values of care, courage, togetherness, pace, and ownership.

Qualification

Minimum 2 GCSE's A - C or demonstrable ability to interpret technical information is essential HACCP/ISO/COSHH knowledge is desirable
