We are seeking for a skilled and security-focused Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Specialist to:

Manage our email and collaboration security posture Continuously assess and identify possible issues and drive required enhancements Implement, configure and manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365 features including:

o Safe Attachments

o Safe Links

o Anti-phishing, anti-spam and anti-malware policies

o Attack Simulation Training

Strive to constantly enhance UBS' major systems' Security Controls through both optimized calibrations of their detections capabilities as well as the development of innovative customized ones Continuously optimize security policies and controls to reduce risk and false positives Collaborate within the broader TISO team to apply software techniques to in-house available vendor technologies in support of Cyber Defense

Your team

You'll be working in the Adversary Protection engineering team in UK - London. The Email & Phishing Protection team, part of the Technology Information Security Office (TISO) within Group Functions, strives to detect malicious activities within the UBS IT infrastructure as well as technically complex cyber-attacks in early phases of attack lifecycle. It is a young and empowered team always seeking excellence and continuous improvement.

Your expertise

You have:

- Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in a role as a Cyber Security Email Space Engineer. Ideally part of this experience would be in the field of IT Security.

- Proven experience managing Microsoft Defender for Office 365

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Security & Compliance Center, Azure AD)

- Experience working with Linux environments, Azure, Gitlab, APIs

- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and policy management

- Nice to have bachelor's degree in a scientific or technological area (Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, etc)

- Cyber Security know-how

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills when dealing with complex issues and the ability to take personal ownership and drive remediation

- Excellent written & presentation skills

- Fluent in English with the ability to describe complex concepts and technologies with simple explanations
