We're looking for a
Technical Account Manager (TAM)
who's excited to join a
ground-floor opportunity
-- someone who wants to make a big impact, grow with the company, and play a key role in our customer success and technical operations. You'll work directly with leadership and be part of our daily product calls.
What You'll Do
Be the
go-to technical partner
for SMB and enterprise customers.
Ensure satisfaction and value-for-money.
Lead onboarding, integrations, and solution optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and thoroughly.
Understand each customer's business and help them get the most value from our AI-driven platform.
Provide proactive recommendations and best practices to prevent issues and optimise performance.
Monitor account health, usage trends, and satisfaction to ensure customer success and retention.
Manage escalations, troubleshoot complex issues, and advocate for customers' needs within Panoram
Collaborate with our product team to champion customer needs.
Stay ahead of trends in AI and legal tech to guide customers on what's next.
Help shape our internal processes and best practices -- your voice matters here.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-7 years in a
Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer
role (or similar).
Strong grasp of
enterprise software
, system integrations, and data workflows.
Excellent communicator
who can translate complex tech into simple, clear value for customers.
Problem-solver
focused on action and follow-through.
Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value.
Hungry to
learn AI technologies
and apply them to real-world challenges.
Comfortable in a
startup environment
where priorities evolve and multitasking occurs everyday
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with AI, NLP, or machine learning tools.
Background in legal tech, contract management, or enterprise legal operations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint administration, or PowerShell
