About the role



As a Technical Account Manager at Zappar, you'll be a trusted partner for a subset of our

Enterprise

clients, ensuring they get the most out of our products and deliver outcomes that go above and beyond what they thought possible. You will:

Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle and post-purchase, acting as a conduit between the client and Zappar, allowing you to provide both technical guidance and strategic support. Understand client goals and translate them into scalable immersive (AR/VR/MR/3D) solutions using Zapworks and other Zappar products. Become an expert on Zappar's tooling, especially Mattercraft, enabling you to provide answers to incoming questions, as well as proactive advice. Provide technical onboarding, training, and ongoing support to drive adoption and satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve challenges while proactively identifying opportunities for clients to grow with Zappar by presenting additional solutions where appropriate. Track and report on client health, adoption, and engagement metrics to demonstrate impact and uncover growth opportunities. Advocate for client needs internally, influencing product improvements and innovation. Collaborate with our Sales, Creative, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions. Use your initiative to support the wider team where required - for example, joining sales calls, creating tutorials, or producing documentation.

About you



This is a varied and interesting role, and we are looking for a candidate who will be able to grow and develop as the need requires. We'd love to hear from you if you have:

Experience in a client-facing technical role (e.g. TAM, Solutions Engineer, or similar). Confident communication skills, with the ability to balance technical expertise with empathy and clarity. Required: Strong knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, APIs, SDKs). Desirable: Familiarity with AR/VR/MR or creative technology platforms (

if you've worked with

Mattercraft, Zappar's Universal AR SDK

, Unity, Three.js, or similar). A problem-solving mindset, comfortable managing multiple projects and clients at once. A proactive approach to sharing knowledge and enabling others across the business. Professional level English
We're keen to hear from all qualified applicants but are specifically looking for an independent contractor in LATAM (to match the US time zones) or a UK-based FTE working US Eastern hours.
