Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to guide mid-market companies across Europe, US and Canada through successful CRM, System and Automation implementations using no-code and low-code tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, Make.com, Zapier, Xero and more.

This is a delivery role where you'll serve as strategist, account manager, and technical advisor, partnering with our implementation team to ensure clients get solutions that align with sound business processes, not just shiny features.

You're a Strong Fit If You:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary technical contact. Understand clients' business needs and provide customised technical solutions to support their objectives. Lead B2B sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for account growth and presenting compelling proposals. Analyse client data and feedback to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services aligned with client expectations. Utilise Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipeline activities, and generate reports on account performance. Provide leadership within the team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff members. Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels and discuss future strategies. Stay informed about industry developments to offer innovative solutions that add value to clients' businesses.

Requirements



Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders. Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within a technical environment. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-36,000.00 per year
