Position Summary:



We are looking for a technically minded, personable and driven individual to be part of our CVP Care team. CVP has grown to become one of Europe's biggest resellers within this industry. Creative professionals all over the world use us as their first point of call, relying on our first-class service, knowledge and products to help grow their own businesses. Ever expanding, we want to make sure we maintain these high standards and continue to offer a personal, valuable and knowledgeable service. CVP Care provides a face to CVP's ecommerce business. You will provide technical solutions to customers and offer support in both pre- & post- sales via various portals. With a big focus on combining technical knowledge and a willingness to gather information to ensure the customer's needs are met throughout every step of their web journey. No matter the question or size of an order, CVP Care acts to make sure every customer is properly looked after. Your clients will be diverse encompassing; world leading Live production broadcasters to Cinema and Post production companies. With CVP's impressive network, this role offers a great opportunity for people looking to enter the Film, TV or Production industry. You will also have access to the latest and greatest equipment, as it will be imperative for you to learn all about new products.

More specifically, responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

? Customer Service and advice - Help customers with all their product and/or technical questions before and after a purchase.

? Communication - You will be expected to communicate with customers via Live Chat (Live Chat hours may extend from 8:00am till 8:00pm), Web forum, Phone, and the Care@ inbox.

? Online demos- Providing the opportunity to see the kit pre-sale, or offering support setting up and using the kit once purchased.

? Sales engineer - Build bespoke solutions, tailored to customer's needs. in the form of quotations or managing their baskets/quotations directly.

? Website maintenance - You will be maintaining the listings on our website, making sure attributes and accessories are up to date and accurate.

? New technology - follow industry trends to look for new technology, to add to the website, that our customers can benefit from.

? Value add promotions

Proactively creating CVP led promotions and bundles.

? Trade Shows - you may be asked to attend trade shows for their given time frame. This may require travel away from home.

Salary/Remuneration:



The salary for this position is 24,000 to 28,000 per annum plus a discretionary bonus of 2500 per annum.

Working Hours:



37.5hours per week, Flexible between 8:00am till 8:00pm (Subject to Live chat needs).
