You'll lead service reliability efforts, manage a virtual team of contributors, and work cross-functionally to ensure our applications run smoothly. What you'll be doing



Lead service reliability engineering initiatives, driving faster recovery and learning from incidents Champion an automation-first mindset to improve operational efficiency Manage a small team and establish a virtual network of stakeholders and contributors Act as a thought leader in service, influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders Own and coordinate major incidents, ensuring timely resolution and thorough post-incident reviews Drive continuous improvement across operational processes and service transitions Represent the function in governance forums and strategic planning discussions Build relationships with external partners and vendors to support service innovation

What you'll need



Proven experience in IT operations or service management with line management responsibilities Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate at peer-level across functions Expertise in incident, problem, and change management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) Passion for automation and service reliability engineering

And any experience of these would be really useful:



Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk Exposure to Agile, DevOps or SRE principles ITIL Foundation certification Experience in enterprise environments with 24x7 operations
