Our client is a leading architectural practice with a thriving London studio. They are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with excellent Revit skills to join their Development Consultancy team. You will work on existing buildings, producing packages during RIBA stages 3 and 4, and contribute to the full lifecycle of various building and development projects.
The requirements of the role are:
At least 2 years' experience producing packages during RIBA stages 3 and 4. Solid technical detailing skills. Proficiency in Revit. Interest in working on existing buildings. A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for contributing to the development of design information.
